1. Using JottoSop Services

You may browse JottoSop, create an account, customize products, place orders, and track deliveries. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration and checkout.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
  • Comply with applicable laws when using our site and services.

You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use JottoSop.

2. Orders, Products & Customization

Product Availability

  • Customizations are final once production begins.
  • Images are for reference; slight variations possible.

Note: Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production starts. Please review carefully.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Delivery times are estimates based on production and transit.

  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery to your address.
  • You must provide accurate, accessible delivery details.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries may incur additional charges.
  • We are not liable for delays due to courier issues.

4. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

  • Payment processed via secure third-party gateways.
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred.
  • Currency displayed matches your selected region.

We use PCI-compliant gateways. JottoSop does not store full card details.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranties

Custom Orders

  • No returns on personalized products
  • Quality issues: contact within 48 hours
  • Replacements subject to inspection

Refunds

  • Processed to original payment method
  • 7-14 business days depending on gateway
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable

6. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution

We’re committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly:
